CK Whittle Oscar winner Casey Affleck was back in front of the camera AND behind the lens as he was pictured on the set of his film Light Of My Life.
Having won the Best Actor Academy Award on Sunday 26th February, the Boston star didn’t waste any time getting back to work in Vancouver, Canada. He could be seen in a red workers jacket and backpack pondering a scene. Casey also showed off a salt and pepper beard and long hair for his role in the movie.
Casey not only wrote the script but is also directing and playing the lead role. According to Variety Magazine it “centers on a father and his young daughter, who are trapped in the woods after a deadly pandemic radically alters the world. As the father struggles to protect his daughter’s innocence, shielding her from the newfound dangers of man, their bond is tested.”

At one point Casey directed two scantily clad actors behind a fence with the man and woman in lingerie! The director kept warm and out of the rain wearing a winter coat. However, the two actors in their underwear certainly braved the cold!
The two of them certainly looked like they had been infected by the deadly pandemic. He was recently seen with his Independent Spirit Award for Best Actor in a Leading role and signed autographs for fans.
