Dr. Dre, real name Andre Romelle Young, purchased the $40 million mega-mansion in Los Angeles from New England Patriots Quarterback Tom Brady and Supermodel Gisele Bundchen.
The house originally hit the market for $50 million after taking over three years to construct from scratch.
It was believed Tom and Gisele would be moving into the house, located in the trendy celebrity area of Brentwood, after it finished completion.
Instead, the Mega Mansion quickly hit the market for $50 million and Dre made his move once it was taken back off the market a short while later.
The house cost Gisele and Tom $11 million for the purchase of the land back in 2008 and it is estimated around $20 million to construct, leaving the megastars with a tidy profit. Celebrity Neighbors include Heidi Klum and Arnold Schwarzenegger.
