Needle In A Timestack is based on Robert Silverberg’s book written in 1966 and is from a collection of short stories. The story follows a married couple struggling to maintain their relationship in a world where time travel is possible. The husband pursues a time-hopping rival who destroyed his marriage, encountering surprising and paradoxical consequences along the way.

It is directed by oscar-winning director, John Ridley, who wrote and directed 12 Years A Slave.
Turning up for filming in Vancouver, Canada Orlando Bloom wore a plain blue baseball cap and a double-denim outfit including denim jeans and a denim jacket. Orlando also turned up to the set carrying lots of water, his phone and a backpack.
Then Orlando Bloom was actually spotted taking a quick nap before he shot scenes for Needle In A Timestack!! The British actor was on the final day of shooting and decided to get a power nap in before he filmed a night scene on the beach.

So it looks like we kind of got it right as he does admit: “ok…I may have also dropped off momentarily in this moment”!!
Then even his now wife Katy Perry even got involved commenting on OUR image: She posting “meme-able” to this pic on his Instagram account!

We snapped Freida Pinto kissing and being consoled by Leslie Odom Jr. on a Vancouver bridge for a night shoot in the Canadian city.
Freida’s character wore a beige trench coat and denim jeans as she had her arms wrapped around Leslie Odom Jr’s character.

It looks like Leslie Odom Jr will be married to Cynthia Erivo who will try to preserve their relationship through multiple time-traveling adventures. So this means that Freida Pinto’s character might be the love interest.

Director John Ridley will be replacing author Silverberg’s Caucasian characters with black actors in a trend called “Afrofuturism”.
