Peter Mathew Kim Kardashian and Kanye West have sold their Bel Air Mansion for $17.8 Million! The 1-acre property boasts 10,000-square-feet of luxury living!
“Kimye” purchased the house back in 2013 for $9 million and sold the Bel Air mansion which has Canyon views for a whopping $17.8 million.
Kim, 37 and 40-year-old Kanye never lived in the property and spent almost 4 years renovating the property at a cost of around $2 million.
The house sits in an exclusive gated neighborhood of Los Angeles with celebrity neighbors including Gordon Ramsay.
Million Dollar Listing’s Matt and Josh, better known as ‘The Altman Brothers’ took charge of the sale and represented both Kim and Kanye and new owner Marina Acton, a Ukrainian citizen who is married to the owner of Whatsapp. She reportedly wants to start a music career in Hollywood!
