CK Whittle Katy Perry showed off her array of tattoos as she was pictured in a sheer see through blue Tadashi Shoji dress that featured a lace top and a matching blue leather skirt. She matched the dress with a matching blue pair of Pedro Garcia Heels.
Katy showed off several of her tattoos as she signed autographs for fans and here is a full list of the nine designs:
