From HBO, Lena Dunham & Jenni Konner who brought us Girls comes Camping, a limited series 30-mins comedy, that revolves around Jennifer Garner’s controlling LA mom character Kathryn. Kathryn & husband Walt (David Tennant) have planned a delightful weekend for his birthday; however, due to the family & friends who come along camping, the weekend quickly tests marriages and madness ensues.
The show is based on the British series of the same name, created by Julia Davis and produced by Steve Coogan’s Baby Cow Productions. Camping will premiere on Sunday, October 14.
FUN FACT: Julia Davis is a brilliant writer but she is also the caterer in Love Actually who gets insulted by Colin Frissell (Chris Marshall). Here is the scene!
