Flexing Her Muscles ?
Melissa Benoist showed off her guns as she felt her left bicep in between takes on Supergirl Season 3. Joking with the crew she looked in great shape and displayed her muscles to her co-stars as they filmed scenes in National City AKA Vancouver, Canada.

Supergirl looked as if she had made a mistake with her head in her hands….surely the “Girl of Steel” wouldn’t make any mistakes? Or maybe actress Melissa Benoist was just having too much fun on set! Supergirl looked like she meant business strutting her stuff. Striding past a National City Police car Melissa had a determined look on her face as she kept the streets safe.

Melissa Benoist was dressed in a wedding outfit and a winter coat as she waited around between takes. But the Supergirl actress chewed her gum and even blowed some bubbles!

Supergirl was spotted swapping her iconic superhero costume for a pretty pink dress and dark rimmed spectacles . Supergirl AKA Kara Zor-El was joined by Alex Danvers, played by Chyler Leigh, outside the steps of St. Paul’s Lutheran Church Church.
Fighting The Elements ?

Melissa Benoist was spotted with director Kevin Smith wearing a tan coat and spectacles and sharing a laugh between takes. Kevin was in his usual Ice Hockey shirts.

Fashioning a smart checked dress Melissa matched her dress with some winter Ugg boots and a trench coat. The Colorado born actress looked to be having a great time clapping on the Supergirl set.
SuperCousins ??
Melissa Benoist aka Supergirl and Tyler Hoechlin aka Superman were spotted sharing a laugh in between shooting scenes for a crossover titled “Elseworlds”. While taking a break Melissa Benoist also fashioned a cool Dinosaur sweater.
Dino Love ?
On the same episode Melissa looked to be in stitches with the “Elseworlds” script in her hand. We love her Dinosaur sweater which she matched with denim jeans and Adidas sneakers.
Laughing It Off ?
Supergirl actress Melissa clearly has the best time filming the CW’s Supergirl. Here she is again in stitches of laughter with her hands on her hips in the iconic costume.
In The Hood ❄️
Wearing a grey hoodie over her Supergirl costume, Melissa danced around to keep warm in the cold Vancouver temperatures. Supergirl’s short dress, tights and cape can be seen under the sweater.
Crime Fighting Fun ?
Supergirl wasn’t messing around as she confronted several black masked criminals. With her arms in the air she looked to be scaring the life out of the criminals on the Vancouver set.
